Allen Associates wins Gold for the second time
A leading independent recruitment agency in Oxfordshire has been awarded Gold status from Investors in People for a second time, putting Allen Associates in the top 7 per cent of accredited businesses throughout the UK.
The company has held an Investors in People (IIP) award since 2001. To become recognised as achieving the ‘Gold standard’ in organisational performance through its people, the company was benchmarked and measured against 196 criteria.
