We have registered a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding organisation based in South Oxfordshire. Working alongside the Head of HR and the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of operational HR activities, where people focused thinking will be embraced by the business!
Areas which this role will be involved in, but not limited to, are:
- Employer branding
- On boarding process
- Employee Relations
- Payroll and benefits
The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level and will be CIPD part-qualified/ fully-qualified, or equivalent, in addition to having demonstrable experience in a similar generalist role within Technology or Start-up environments. You will be passionate about disruptive HR, enthusiastic, friendly, approachable, commercial in your approach and you will not be phased by working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Attention to detail is extremely important as is the ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure.
