Your Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR assistant to join an innovative, fast paced and exciting organisation on a 9-12 month FTC. During this period, you will be providing a wide range of administrative support and be involved in all aspects of HR whilst taking ownership of your position.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and drawing up contracts and letters for new starters and leavers
  • Conducting HR induction sessions for new starters
  • Updating staff on HR policies and procedures
  • Assisting with the recruitment process
  • Assist with training administration and scheduling

Job Requirements

As the HR Assistant, you should have previous experience in a HR capacity and you will be knowledgeable with UK employment legislation. You should be confident when dealing with business requests and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be able to work well when under pressure and independently, and as part of a team. Ideally you will have previous experience of working with HR software/ databases and you will have excellent IT and Microsoft skills.
