You will be supporting the EA and Office Manager with various general administration responsibilities. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Diary, travel and expenses management
- Assisting with the planning and organisation of events
- Being the first point of contact for external clients
- Responding to email and telephone enquires
- Ad-hoc administration duties
To be successful in this role you will be an enthusiastic team-player with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise your workload. You will be happy to get involved with additional duties when required, well-organised and able to use your own initiative. Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent.
