Your key duties will include:
- Responding to enquiries
- Taking minutes at team meetings
- Diary management and arrangements
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Managing stationary and kitchen supplies
- Maintaining CRM system
The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative position with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Competency in MS Office is essential, as is a professional manner and ability to build trusting relationships.
