Are you an experienced Customer Services professional who is looking for that next step in your career?

 

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a new, dynamic growing company based in Oxford. You will be working closely with well-known clients to provide an efficient customer service by handling all inbound queries.

 

Some of your other responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with other departments
  • Managing queries through to completion
  • Provide daily remittance advice to external clients
  • Produce external communications to clients
  • Building strong relationships with both internal and external contacts

Job Requirements

It is vital that you have excellent communication skills and have experience as a Customer Service professional. You will be confident taking ownership of your position and are a team-player who can remain calm under pressure. An understanding of the financial sector would be beneficial but is not essential. Having excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail will be vital in this position.
