If so we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to come on board to support this dynamic and fast-paced team with various administrative duties. Supporting the Front Office Manager and the Front Office Assistant Manager you will be:
- Liaising with stakeholders across all levels
- Dealing with customer and client enquiries
- Processing invoices, raising purchase orders and managing credit card sheets
- Assisting the reception team
This role requires you to be flexible, proactive and adaptable. You will be confident working under pressure, have previous administration experience and have a strong attention to detail.
