Are you passionate about providing high-quality customer service?


If so we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to come on board to support this dynamic and fast-paced team with various administrative duties. Supporting the Front Office Manager and the Front Office Assistant Manager you will be:


  • Liaising with stakeholders across all levels
  • Dealing with customer and client enquiries
  • Processing invoices, raising purchase orders and managing credit card sheets
  • Assisting the reception team

Job Requirements

This role requires you to be flexible, proactive and adaptable. You will be confident working under pressure, have previous administration experience and have a strong attention to detail.
