A fantastic opportunity to join a small, dynamic organisation as their part-time Office Administrator/Receptionist has arisen. You will be supporting the wider team and as well as being the first point of contact for the organisation. This is a varied position which you will be able to grow and make you own.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Office Manager to ensure the office runs smoothly
- Arranging meetings
- Maintaining the filing system
- Acting as key point of contact for visitors to the organisation
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Taking board meetings when required
This is a hands-on varied role so you must thrive working autonomously and be confident taking ownership of your position. You will be a friendly and welcoming professional with previous client facing experience. Having a pro-active approach to work and being willing to get stuck in will be key in this role. Building strong working relationships will be vital as you will be handing over to your counterpart on a regular basis.
