We have just registered a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding team as their Office Administrator on a part time basis. This is a varied and exciting role where you will be providing dedicated administration support to the Managing Director whilst ensuring that the office runs smoothly.
Some of your main responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of call for all queries
- Managing the MD’s diary
- Assisting with PR and Marketing including website updates and email campaigns
- Minuting, diary management and travel arrangements
An excellent standard of communication and being well organised will be the key to success in this position. It is vital that you have experience in a facilities and administration role previously. You must have high attention to detail and be a competent MS user.
