Auto Enrolment

As of 1st October 2017, every Employer in the UK is legally bound to automatically enrol certain staff into a pension scheme and contribute towards it. As part of the Pensions Act 2008, if you employ at least one person then you as an Employer have certain legal duties.

Agency Workers Regulations

The Agency Workers Regulations came into effect in England, Scotland and Wales on 1st October 2011. They stem from the EU Temporary Workers Directive 2008 and give agency Temporary Workers the same basic working and employment conditions as Employees of your organisation.
