We have just registered a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts and Bookings Administrator to join an exciting organisation based in Oxfordshire. You will work closely with the Finance Director, and your role will be to deal with incoming and outgoing payments and generating accurate reporting.
Main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Managing bank accounts
Processing card payments and booking statements
Processing invoices and ensuring that they are correct to the original booking agreements
Advising suppliers/ operators on payments
Reconciliation of accounts and statements
To be successful in this role you will ideally be ATT qualified, or equivalent, and have previous experience of working in a similar role. You will have the ability to build strong working relationships and you will be able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communications skills. You will have strong organising and time management skills, as well as possess good IT skills and will have ideally worked .
