We have registered a fantastic role for a Client Administrator to join a growing practice in rural South Oxfordshire.  In this role you will be supporting the accountants in an administrative capacity and be the first point of contact for their clients.

Your main duties will include:

  • Handling confidential information regarding client tax return and annual accounts
  • Liaising with clients about tax payments
  • Payroll processing
  • Attending meetings as required
  • Reception duties, such as answering the telephone, and other general administration

Job requirements

To be successful in this role you will be confident and a quick learner, with strong communication skills. You will have strong Excel skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease.
