We have a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a unique and fast-paced organisation based in Oxfordshire on a temporary basis.
They are looking for a confident and ‘can-do’ character who will support their specialist team in delivering a first class financial and operational service.
This is a temporary role to start ASAP, and will be ongoing for about 3 months.
Your main duties will include:
Processing financial transactions and data
Proving operational support and dealing with financial queries
Supporting with their payroll process
Being the first point of contact for supporters
Preparing monthly KPI reports
Providing ad-hoc administrative support
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be AAT qualified, or equivalent, and you will have previous experience within a similar role. You will have great attention to detail and be highly organised, working in a process driven manner. You will be a great communicator who is able to develop a strong, professional rapport with stakeholders. A good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems is essential.
