We are looking for a dedicated Finance Officer to join a leading charity in Oxfordshire on a temporary basis.
This will be an excellent opportunity to continue your career in finance and gain some fantastic exposure within an interesting field.
Your assignment will be ongoing to cover five projects, which will potentially last until November 2017.
Project work will include:
Producing a spreadsheet to monitor and record all fixed assets within the company
Implementing and establishing a new payroll
End of year bank reconciliations
Creating ‘how to’ VAT return guides
Preparing the company for audit
Ad hoc accounting work
You will be a proven Finance Officer or Accountant.
Working knowledge of financial systems such as Sage will be advantageous.
You must be an excellent team player who is able to communicate well with others in order to ensure that all deadlines are met effectively.
You must be confident asking for assistance or guidance, and willing to take initiative where required.
Advanced proficiency with Excel and Word is essential.
