Our client is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Manager to join their friendly and collaborative team based in Oxfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity whereby you will be managing the graduate in-house recruitment pipeline and a small team of recruitment specialist. This is a great role for you if you have experience of in-house recruitment within professional services and are looking for a step up.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing a small recruitment team
Building relationships with the milk-round universities
Ensuring the success of assessment centres
Building a strong graduate candidate pipeline
Working closely with other business areas to be the face of the company for prospective candidates
To be successful in this role you will have in-house or agency graduate recruitment experience and be ready for the next step in your career. You will also be educated to degree level, or equivalent. A proactive and driven approach to work is key, and you will not be phased by working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. It is essential that you have a driving licence, as regular travel will be required.
