This is a great opportunity for a HR Administrator to be part of a small team within a highly-regarded and successful research organisation in Oxfordshire. You will be able to cover a broad range of HR generalist duties which may include:
Supporting the Recruitment Manager
Providing advice and support to managers and employees on HR Policies and Procedures
Managing the full probationary process
First point of contact for HR related queries
The role will require some travel so a driving licence would be preferable.
The ideal candidate will have previous HR administration experience, preferably you will have completed your Level 3 CIPD and be educated to degree level, or equivalent. As the HR Administrator, you will have good knowledge and understanding of the challenges of operating within a small HR team and have a good grasp of prioritising challenging workloads according to the business needs. You should be able to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across all levels of the organisation.
