We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Director level Senior HR Business Partner to join an innovative global organization with a UK base in Oxford. In this business critical role , you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in developing and driving HR strategically across Europe, working alongside the fellow Directors.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
Working in partnership with the European Senior Leadership Team
Coaching and mentoring the European HR team
Creating, developing and implementing business strategies
Implementing employee engagement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will be MCIPD or FCIPD qualified or equivalent with demonstrable experience as a strategic HR Business Partner within a global pharmaceutical company. You will have natural leadership capabilities and will be a confident communicator across all levels of the business. It is essential that you are confident in your abilities and that you are able to work independently as well as having worked at Director level previously. You will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office and HR systems, and you should also be knowledgeable with employment law and EU regulations and compliance.
