We have registered an amazing opportunity with our prestigious client. They are looking for a standalone HR generalist to join their team for a comprehensive handover period in the early summer.
This crucial role is a standalone position, where you will be responsible for everything from the administration to the processes and being that first point of contact for HR queries on site. This role is responsible for the entire employee life-cycle, including, but not limited to:
Advising of any payroll changes to central Finance
Recruitment and on-boarding
You will be an experienced HR Coordinator or Senior Administrator who is ready to take on more and work closely with the senior management team in developing them. You will be line managed from the USA and have a dotted line to a senior manager in the UK. This is big role where you need to have the confidence to maintain compliance and ensure HR best practice.
The ideal candidate will come from a generalist background and have experience of working at an operational level. It would be preferable if you have your CIPD. You will be happy working autonomously, but with a strategic influence from Head Office. In the role you will be friendly, a team player, resilient and willing to muck in, in this relatively small team. As this is a standalone position you will be completing all your own administration, as well as working closely with the management team.
