We have just registered an excellent role to work for one of our clients as a HR Coordinator on a 2 year Fixed Term Contract. You will be assisting the HR team in a true generalist role to provide support in a number of areas, as well as being the first point of contact for any queries.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated HR professional to expand their skillset and greatly enhance their CV!
Your main duties will include:
Dealing with HR queries from both internal and external customers
Supporting the HR Team with recruitment processes
Using software systems and training managers within the business
Giving inductions to briefing sessions and ensuring that all necessary paperwork has been completed
Processing absence forms
Assisting with the payroll
Tracking spreadsheets and HR inboxes
You will hold a strong academic background, and will preferably have completed your CIPD
Familiar usage of HR software and databases
Experience of a similar role, in a HR environment with payroll duties
You must be a team worker, and be able to use your initiative to resolve issues as they arise
The ability to communicate with people on all levels, both orally and in your written communication
