We have just registered an excellent opportunity for a leading academic establishement based in Oxford. They are looking to recruit an exceptional HR Office Manager for a maternity cover.
As a member of the HR Management team you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Managing the day-to-day operation of the Personnel team
Providing advice and guidance for employees and managers
Developing administrative procedures and guidelines for consistency
Coordinating and manage senior recruitment
Inducting new starters to the team
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, or have equivalent experience in personnel management, with experience of carrying out and managing general HR work. You will have the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of people and build successful working relationships. Providing excellent customer service is key and you will be a self-starter with leadership skills and the capability to take initiative, working without close supervision. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills are essential, as is strong proficiency in MS Office.
