We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to join an exciting and creative academic institution based in Oxfordshire. You will be supporting the staff with HR generalist duties covering the full employee life cycle.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
Managing all recruitment and on boarding
Assisting with training and development activities
Implementation of HR policies and procedures
Advice on relevant HR matters
To be successful in this role you must have previous HR experience, and ideally you will be CIPD qualified. You will be an extremely structured individual with high attention to detail, and you will possess exceptional organisation and communication skills. You will have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft packages and HR databases.
