We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to join a leading medical organisation based in South Oxfordshire. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective generalist HR support to the business. As the first point of contact on HR matters, key areas of responsibility will include:
Managing recruitment campaigns
Implementation of HR policies and procedures
Training and development activity
Provide advice to managers on general HR and recruitments issues
General HR duties
To be successful in this role you must have previous HR experience, and you will be CIPD qualified, or equivalent. You will be an extremely structured individual, with exceptional organisation and communication skills, and with a team orientated mind set. The staff have high expectations of themselves, so it is essential that you are confident in your abilities and are not fazed by working in a fast-paced environment. It is also essential that you are a competent user of Microsoft Office.
