We have an exciting role available for a HR People Services Manager to join an educational establishment based in Oxford. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient and effective HR service, and you will be supervising a small team of five administrators.
Day to day responsibilities will include the following:
Managing and supervising the workload of the administrators
Supporting the team in developing improvements if efficiency and effectiveness to deliver a first-class service
Solving service issues that arise
Assist with the development of the team
To be successful in this role you will already have experience of managing a small team and will have exposure to a busy HR department, and ideally you will be CIPD qualified. You will also have demonstrable experience of using IT service tools and experience of integrated HR data and process handling systems. You will have strong organising and time management skills, and you will be able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communications skills.
