Our client is looking to appoint a Learning and Development Office Manager to be part of their small and friendly HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a small team and you will take ownership of the L&D function.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
Responsibility for the annual training programme
Designing and rolling out staff development – working closely with line managers across the organisation
Identifying and practically applying policies and procedures
You will have experience of managing a learning and development team, be confident with project management, have managed a team before and you will ideally be educated to degree level, or equivalent. You will have a positive attitude to work and will be collaborative in your approach. You will have the ability to build strong working relationships and you will have strong organising and time management skills.
