This is a newly created executive level position reporting into the Director in an impressive, well-known institution in central Oxford. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy throughout the organisation, and will have various departments sitting under them including, but not limited to HR, Customer Experience, Health & Safety. This role will require you to look at the following:
Budget management – from various source funds
Health, Safety and Security
Buildings and Facilities
To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrable experience in a similar role within hospitality or visitor attractions. You will be educated to degree level, or equivalent. You will be financially confident and commercially aware, and have a common sense approach. You will be able to adapt to changing priorities and keep calm under pressure. You must also be proficient at Microsoft Office.
This role is integral in ensuring the success of the organisation and strong change management, strategic experience are essential, along with being a fantastic people manager, who has the authority and gravitas to gain the respect of others quickly and efficiently. You will lead from the front and not be afraid to challenge, develop and implement.
