We have recently registered a great opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a world leading organisation on a 6 month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, you will be providing proactive recruitment support to the team and you will be the first point of contact for all recruitment agencies, candidates and line managers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and maintaining advertisement channels
Screening and shortlisting suitable candidate
Interview process management
Liaising with candidates and agencies
Ongoing review and optimisation of recruitment processes
To be successful in this role, you will have considerable recruitment experience. Experience of using MS Office and an ATS is essential, and it would be advantageous if you have previously used SAP and LinkedIn. You will be confident in your ability to communicate with and build relationships at all levels, you will be extremely attentive to detail and have exceptional organisation skills.
