You will be joining a small, friendly and professional team, and you will be responsible in assisting them with their in-house recruitment process – which is extensive given their growth plans!
Your main responsibilities will include:
Ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience
Building relationships with both internal and external candidates
Scheduling interviews and phone screening
Drafting job descriptions
Ensuring adverts are attracting the best candidates
Getting involved in lots of projects!

To be successful in this role you will have previous in-house recruitment experience, preferably from a Blue Chip organisation. You will be passionate, well organised, able to manage a busy schedule and work to tight deadlines. In addition, it is imperative that you take pride in providing excellent customer service.
