We have a brilliant opportunity to join our innovative and dynamic client on a permanent basis as their Recruitment Coordinator. You will be joining a small, friendly and professional team, and you will be responsible in assisting them with their in-house recruitment process – which is extensive given their growth plans!

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience
  • Building relationships with both internal and external candidates
  • Scheduling interviews and phone screening
  • Drafting job descriptions
  • Ensuring adverts are attracting the best candidates
  • Getting involved in lots of projects!

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have previous in-house recruitment experience, preferably from a Blue Chip organisation. You will be passionate, well organised, able to manage a busy schedule and work to tight deadlines. In addition, it is imperative that you take pride in providing excellent customer service.
