We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking HR professional to take on a crucial role of HR Business Partner on a temporary basis in Oxfordshire. To start ASAP and ongoing for around 3 months. You will be responsible for operating and overseeing a vital project and therefore your assignment will be ongoing until this has been completed.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Liaising with members of your team and internal employees to discuss personal and sensitive information
Taking responsibility to make executive decisions so that the ultimate goals of the company are met
Ensuring that confidentiality and sensitivity is upheld at all times
Overseeing aspects of the employee lifecycle
Coordinating structural change within the business to have minimal impact on operations
To be successful in this post you will have extensive HR management experience and an in-depth knowledge of the recruitment life-cycle.
An advanced understanding of current employment law will be highly beneficial, alongside the ability to develop excellent professional working relationships.
A CIPD qualification will be desirable but not essential.
You must have a friendly character and be able to communicate with people on all levels with ease.
