Our client is seeking an exceptional candidate to take on this Recruiter post on a temporary basis. Providing crucial support for around 4 months, your role will be essential for assisting the Recruitment team and sourcing excellent candidates to employ.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Searching online job boards for potential candidates who may be suitable for vacant positions
Screening websites to observe actions taken by competitors
Proposing ideas to the team of new ways to attract candidates
Maintaining the internal recruitment software and databases
Screening CVs during job fairs
Tracking and providing details for vacancies
Promoting the employee referral scheme
You will be highly experienced with a strong background in In House Recruitment. It is pivotal you have experience of resourcing positions in the retail and hospitality sector.
It is essential you are an expert Linked In user, and have used a broad range of online tools to source candidates.
The ability to be creative and open-minded in your approaches will allow you to design alternative and cutting edge recruitment campaigns. This will entice exceptional candidates who meet your requirements to a great calibre.
You must be friendly and professional in your approach, and be able to fully understand the needs of the manager to whom the candidate will be reporting into.
Holiday pay is offered alongside the competitive hourly rate.
