This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to take on this exciting in-house post on a temporary basis in Central Oxford.
You will be joining the company during an exciting period of growth, and will ensure the smooth-running of the recruitment process from inception to execution.
You must be free immediately, and able to commit for at least 3 months.
Due to the Central location, there is no parking provided.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Delivering an effective end to end recruitment service.
Speaking with hiring managers and other internal teams to ensure that vacancies are filled within agreed standards.
Advertising current positions in line with legislation.
General recruitment administration, including arranging interviews, booking telephone screenings and CV reviewing.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced recruiter with good knowledge of the UK market.
You will be fully proficient in MS Office and feel comfortable working with databases and reporting systems.
You will have experience recruiting for a range of technical and support roles and be able to shortlist CVs in an adept and insightful manner.
