Our client is looking for a dedicated and passionate individual looking to begin their career in the employee engagement sector. In this role you will support he operations team in delivering a successful programme to an audience of 8,000 people. This will include total management of all copy writing, regular outbound and inbound communication and monthly tactical campaign management.
Your key duties will include:
Supporting Account Manager and Account Director
Respond to incoming emails
Create and send communications
Copy writing and proof reading
Preparing reports and analysing information
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a proactive approach and willingness to learn. A background within an agency would be desirable but most importantly you will have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while managing your time and priorities.
