Our client is looking for an engaging Fundraising Manager to take ownership of its wide-ranging and high-profile fundraising activities across Oxfordshire.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to internal and external stakeholders at all levels and building fruitful long-term relationships;
  • Managing supporter care, maintaining the highest standards in customer service;
  • Overseeing fundraising activities with a view to substantially increasing income;
  • Maintaining the CRM database, analysing KPI data, identifying key trends and reporting to senior colleagues; and
  • Maintaining compliance in management of supporter data and fundraising activities.

Role Requirements

You will be an exceptionally skilled and empathetic communicator, who is able to build and maintain good-quality relationships.  You will be able to maintain meticulous records using the CRM system, identify data trends and report on these with clarity and impact.  Consequently, you will be highly proficient in the use of IT with advanced Microsoft Office skills.

You will be meticulously organised and able to juggle a variety of conflicting deadlines.  This role has an Oxfordshire-wide remit, and as a result access to your own vehicle, with a full clean driving licence will be required.  Working hours will occasionally include evening and weekend working and flexibility on the part of the post holder will be required.
