Reporting into the Executive Team, you will define and drive the successful implementation of the organisation’s marketing communications strategy. Managing a team of three you will be able to think and act strategically but also get involved with the daily, hands-on marketing. Focus is on growth orientated B2B marketing communications and driving the implementation of a new approach to digital marketing.
Your key duties will include:
Developing a rolling 24-month marketing plan
Using a multi-channel, integrated marketing communication approach
Build brand visibility
Implement new digital marketing programme
Support internal communications
Ensue effective use of budget
You will have proven experience of leading teams preferably in an international B2B company. Strong knowledge of multiple marketing and communication disciplines and the ability to repot to and negotiate with the company’s top executives are essential.
