In this role you will be responsible for securing sales, contract exchanges and legal completions in line with company targets. You will maintain the highest standards of customer service and see the customer journey through from reservation to completion.
Your key duties will include:
Achieving best possible sales prices within negotiation guidelines
Prepare reservation packs and complete associated paperwork
Ensuring agreed deadlines are met
Customer visits and relationship management
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports
Optimise sales opportunities
Make recommendations regarding sales strategy
The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience and excellent negotiation skills. You will be a computer literate, confident communicator with the ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines.
