A fantastic opportunity to develop your project coordination skills within a leading independent consultancy. You will be working closely with the Project Manager to ensure that all aspects of the team’s administration are covered with the potential to specialise in specific areas.
Your key duties will include:
Attend weekly meetings and update project status
Administration of costings and project files
Raising invoices and purchase orders
Liaising with Production Department and freelancers
Booking travel and ensuring team are fully equipped
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background with intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office programmes. Numeric competency and excellent written communication skills are essential while medical communications experience would be advantageous. You will be a pro-active and enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently.
