The Senior Account Manager will be the principal contact for their assigned clients, providing day-to-day leadership while reviewing and improving the strategic and tactical direction of the accounts alongside senior team members. They will work proactively to maximise the potential of accounts by working closely with the Business Director on new business opportunities and facilitating the organic growth of existing accounts.
Your key duties will include:
Manage a portfolio of customers
Line management and mentoring of junior members of the team
Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
Actively discuss opportunities within the team to increase the services offered
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent with a proven ability of building strong client relationships and surpassing expectations. Experience of working in the pharma industry would be highly desirable but most importantly you will have knowledge of campaign management and resource coordination.
