Your Job

This is a great opportunity for a dedicated, experienced administrator to join this customer focused facility. You will be providing support within key areas of the business including, Reception, Administration and Finance.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming visitors to the organisation
  • Maintaining an accurate database
  • Booking meetings
  • Preparing paperwork prior to meetings
  • Answering queries and explaining the organisation process
  • Assisting with audio typing when required

Job Requirements

You will be working in a collaborative, small team so it is vital that you are a team player. You must take a professional, welcoming and supportive approach. You will embrace the variety of the position which represents an excellent opportunity to diversify and develop your experience. A confident, proactive approach with good communication and IT skills will be essential.
