Some of your main duties will include:
Maintaining an accurate database
Producing letters and reports
Ensuring payment is received on time for services provided
Ensure that all training records are up to date
Previous administration experience and a good understanding of MS Office are essential in this position. You will work well in a team and have excellent time management and organisational skills. A professional and understanding telephone manner is imperative.
