Do you have experience of working on Bids and are keen to utilise your skills and administrative capabilities in a new role? We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Bid Coordinator to join this growing team. You will be responsible for liaising and coordinating with various teams to produce tender plans and monitor schedules and reports, to deliver high quality bids.
Some of your other main duties will include:
Reviewing draft bids and formatting final text
Project tracking and opportunity searching
Coordinating all information from external and internal sources
Supporting project managers with sales and business development and during post-proposal stages
It is essential that you have previous Bid Administration experience. In this role, you will be a confident communicator and have the ability to quickly build strong working relationships with colleagues and external clients. It is essential that you have a keen eye to detail and the ability to be pro-active and flexible as you will be working on multiple projects at any one time. You will have excellent time management skills and can prioritise effectively.
