In this integral role, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding levels of customer service and exceeding clients’ expectation.
Your key duties will include:
Processing customer orders and account applications
Budget tracking and reporting
Responding to enquiries via telephone and email
Building and maintaining great client relationships
The ideal candidate will be extremely organised with a high level of attention to detail and experience in an administrative or sales role. Microsoft Office skills are a distinct advantage. You will be an excellent communicator and most importantly have a great sense of humour!
