A brand new opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator has arisen to join this growing agency in Oxford. Working as part of a small, collaborative team your role will be varied and no two days will be the same. You will the first point of contact for customer enquiries and will support the wider team with general administrative tasks.
Some of your main responsibilities will include:
Monitoring the enquiries inbox
Managing the office calendar
Maintaining an up to database
Ensuring the office runs smoothly on a daily basis
This is a great role for a confident, dynamic and personable individual who enjoys providing high quality customer service at all times. It is essential that you can build effective relationships with clients at all levels and have previous office administration experience. Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent although this is not essential.
