If you are a dedicated PA, keen on progressing your previous skills in a passionate, not-for-profit organisation then we have a great opportunity for you! In this role, you will be providing comprehensive and confidential support to the Directors whilst also undertaking ad-hoc project duties. You will similarly act as the first point of contact for internal queries and successfully manage relationships with key stakeholders.
In addition, your responsibilities will include:
Managing complex executive schedules
Arranging appointments and travel
Setting up meetings and telephone conferences
Assisting with project planning
Preparing agendas, minutes and reports
Liaising with other departments regarding work flow and prioritisation
This is an ideal role for an experienced PA who is highly organised and driven to build successful relationships with the Directors. You will have demonstrable experience working towards tight deadlines and effectively prioritising your own workload. If you have had exposure to projects previously, this would be beneficial but is not essential.
