This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their administrative career. As the Business Administrator you will have a crucial role within the Financial Services Team in supporting key administrative processes. Your duties will include:

  • Scanning and dealing with incoming mail and calls
  • Updating client information on the database
  • Working in a team of Financial Planners and Paraplanners
  • Requesting information from third parties
  • Generating letters
  • Chasing new business pipeline and processing
  • Distribute and monitor key client satisfaction questionnaires

Job Requirements

To be successful in this position you will have previous experience in a client-facing or administration position within Financial Services and excellent attention to detail. You should have strong analytical and numerical skills.
