Are you an experienced Receptionist with solid administrative experience? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? If so we have just registered a fantastic opportunity for a Front Office Coordinator to join a close knit, dynamic team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating meetings and assisting with event organisation
  • Covering reception
  • Responding to internal and external queries
  • Greeting guests, ensuring they receive a high level of customer service

Job Requirements

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting stuck in and works well under pressure. You must have previous administration skills and be able to provide a high quality and professional customer service at all times. It is imperative that you are a confident MS Office user, well organised with a high attention to detail.
