Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating meetings and assisting with event organisation
Responding to internal and external queries
Greeting guests, ensuring they receive a high level of customer service

You must have previous administration skills and be able to provide a high quality and professional customer service at all times. It is imperative that you are a confident MS Office user, well organised with a high attention to detail.
