We have recently registered two exciting opportunities for motivated, passionate individuals to join this market-leading organisation as their Lettings Coordinator. There are two positions available, one in their East Oxford branch and one in the Witney branch. In this position, you will be supporting a small team by providing dedicated and proficient administrative support. Part of your role will be to manage the end-to-end process for their customers.
Some of your other responsibilities will include:
Regularly liaising with clients
Producing agreements and documentation
Dealing with any enquiries
Meeting and greeting customers
Ensuring that the database is accurate and up to date
Assisting with collation of performance reports
This is a role that would suit a candidate who gains satisfaction from seeing processes through from start to finish and is passionate about gaining experience in the property sector. You will be customer focussed with a professional and polite manner. This is a busy and varied role so time management and excellent organisational skills will be vital in this role. It is crucial that you have a high level of accuracy and can maintain this during busy periods.
Due to the requirements of the role, it is essential that you have a full, clean driving licence and have access to a car.
