Some of your main responsibilities will include:
Providing excellent customer service
Utilising various techniques to generate new business leads
Carry out property appraisals
Preparing documentation for tenants and landlords
Dealing with queries and complaints
Chasing outstanding rent
General office administration
Line management of two members of staff
Due to the nature of this position it is vital that you are able to drive.
To be successful as the Lettings Manager you will be a confident communicator and have strong administration skills. It is beneficialHer that you have previous experience in property and are willing to take the next step up to management level. It is vital that you have high attention to detail and a professional attitude. You must have experience of dealing with customer enquiries and have excellent organisation skills. A good understanding of Housing legislation is key in this position as is the ability to work well within a team.
