We have just registered an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to join an excellent organisation as their Office Administrator. This is a highly varied role and definitely not one to be missed!

Working within a professional and fast paced setting, you will be able to make the role your own as you grow and develop within the company.

This is a new role within the company, hence you are likely to progress hugely as you learn and develop new skills.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • General office administration
  • Preparing documents to ensure that daily operations are well organised and running efficiently
  • Proofreading documents and reports to ensure that all paperwork is kept to an excellent standard
  • Acting as the first point of contact for external calls to the office and redirecting these accordingly
  • Preparing invoices so they can be processed in a timely manner

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience within an Administrative role which will have yielded you with the necessary organisational and time management skills. In addition, it is essential that you are a team player who is willing to get stuck in and think on your feet in order to make decisions in the interest of the company.
Interpersonal and communication skills will allow you to work professionally with clients and internal members of staff. Flexible and adaptable, you must demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude.


You will become part of a friendly and passionate team on a permanent basis, and will play a significant role in maintaining daily running of the firm. A very competitive salary is offered alongside a generous annual leave package of 24 days plus all 8 bank holidays.
