We have registered a fantastic opportunity to join our innovative, and dynamic client on a permanent basis as their Office Manager. As part of this role, it will be your responsibility to go above and beyond for all guests and clients, providing superb front of house support and office assistance in this varied role. It is essential that you are a team-player and happy to turn your hand to any task.
This role includes various administrative, reception and customer service related tasks including:
Managing the phones
Arranging refreshments for guests
Dealing with orders, both online and telephone based
Our client is looking for someone with excellent administrative skills and experience providing support to a wider team. You will be well organised, able to manage a busy schedule and work to tight deadlines. In addition, it is imperative that as an individual you take pride in providing excellent customer service. To be successful in this role you must have experience of using Sage.
