This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior administrator to join a customer service department in a fast-paced and varied role. You will be supporting the team with day to day operational duties. Customer interaction and record management will be a key part of your position.
Some of your other responsibilities will include:
Proofreading proposal documentation
Recording customer purchase orders
Organising training and maintaining training records
Being the superuser for the in-house system
It is imperative that you have a strong administrative background and are a confident communicator. Multi-tasking and being well organised are essential in this position, as is ensuring that customers receive a fast and efficient service at all times. Someone who is a self-starter and can show initiative would be ideal for this position. If you have any experience in a similar environment with an understanding of supply chain processes this would be beneficial but is by no means essential.
