We have just registered a brand new opportunity for an experienced PA or Office Manager to join a small, close-knit team. Supporting the MD with a variety of projects and tasks, this is a fantastic platform to develop your existing skills and to make this role your own. Your main responsibilities will include your typical PA duties including diary and email management whilst also taking ownership of various projects.
Some of your other responsibilities will include:
Liaising with clients
Assisting with HR Administration
Office and facilities management
This is a perfect position if you like to take ownership of your role and really make it your own. You will be a strong multi-tasker and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. It is essential that you have previous experience within a dedicated PA position and are happy to turn your hand to a variety of tasks. Excellent organisational skills are key as you will be managing several tasks at any one time.
